RITUAL : Fill your tub with water as hot as you like it, and add the bath mixture. Add to a muslin or organza bag, or throw it straight in the water; be careful not to let it go down the drains! Whilst in the bath visualise and give thanks for everything you're grateful for from the passed season, then focus on your goals and intentions for the upcoming months as we approach the Spring Equinox.
