How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 48 hours of being shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries! International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country. Unfortunately we no longer ship to the EU due to the change in GSPR regulations.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

My parcel hasn't arrived - what should I do?

Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

If you've placed multiple orders and they haven't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to combine them.

Do you offer local pickup or collection options?

Local pickup may be available depending on your location. Please contact us to arrange collection.

🔮 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for our vintage items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like spell oils and herbal blends cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Can I return spell oils, teas, or ritual blends?

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened spell oils, teas, or herbal blends. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or broken?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

I changed my mind about a spell oil - can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, no. Our spell oils are mostly handmade to order, and due to health and safety reasons all sales are final. If you have any questions about a particular oil before purchase, please feel free to pop us an email!

How do I request a refund?

Contact us with your order number and reason for the refund. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Most of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. Some items may contain beeswax or honey, which will be clearly listed in the product description.

What base oils do you use in your spell oils?

We primarily use a blend of sweet almond, vitamin e and fractionated coconut oil as our base. Each product listing specifies which base oil is used.

How should I store my herbal blends, incense, or oils?

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep oils tightly sealed and herbal blends in airtight containers to maintain freshness.

Are your candles made from soy, beeswax, or another wax?

Our candles are made from natural soy wax. Each product description will specify the wax type used.

Do your smoke bundles contain sustainably sourced herbs?

Yes! We homegrow the majority of herbs and flowers used in our smoke bundles, and our garden is completely pesticide free.

Can I request a custom spell oil or candle?

We occasionally accept custom orders! Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.
