✨ You will receive a kit to make your own salt bowl, created using a blend of herbs and flowers to reduce or eliminate nightmares.
✨ I created this salt bowl when my daughter, Ada, was suffering regularly with nightmares. After cleansing her room thoroughly (please smoke or sound cleanse the room first before creating the salt bowl) and putting the salt bowl next to her bed, she has gone from having 1-2 nightmares a week to only having 1 in over 3 months.
✨ You will receive a kit which consists of a bag of salt with brown paper envelopes storing the herbs and flowers. I also include an instruction flyer on how to make the bowl so it will be most effective.
✨ This kit includes dried hyacinth flowers which are a seasonal flower, so unfortunately I only have 10 of these kits with this set of ingredients available.
✨ PLEASE NOTE : you will not receive a bowl or a crystal in this. This is not only to keep prices down both for the item and with postage, and also because a crystal is not necessary for this to work. However if you would like to use one, I would recommend Smokey quartz or amethyst, both of which we stock.
